Record Voice from Microphone

Step 1. Download, install and launch the program on Mac

Once the program is launched, you will see the following interface. To record voice from microphone, you need to insert the microphone or headphone into the computer previously.

Step 2. Select "Microphone" as audio source

Go to "Audio Source" from the main interface and then select "Microphone" from the drop-down list. You are able to adjust the input volume of your microphone sound by dragging the volume button from left/right.

Step 3. Start recording voice from microphone

Now click on the red recording button on the left side to start recording your voice. You can pause the recording whenever you like by clicking on the red pause button. When you finish recording, tap on the recording button again to end your recording.

Step 4. Preview and edit voice recording

After recording, you can preview and play the track you just recorded from the "Library" section. All recordings will be displayed in the library. The recording from the microphone will be saved as "Track XX" by default so if you need to edit the title of your recording, click on "Rename" edit the title.

Step 5. Convert and transfer recording

The recording file will be saved as the M4A format by default. You can convert it to other audio formats such as MP3, WMA, WMV, etc. with the same program. Just go to "Convert" and a new window will appear which allows you to select different output formats and output destination. Select the format you like and click on "Convert". Finally, you can transfer the recordings to whatever device you prefer for entertainment.
